The People Behind Sitewire

Sitewire is powered by people who know the industry we serve and are invested in improving it. Our team brings decades of combined experience across deep tech, construction technology, private lending, general contracting, loan origination, and real estate. That range of experience matters. We understand the technology, the construction happening in the field, and the financial systems that keep projects moving.
We believe great technology starts with great people. We’re intentional about building a team with deep expertise and different perspectives on the problems our clients face. As an entirely U.S.-based company, we bring together experienced professionals from across the country who are curious, collaborative, and focused on building better ways to track and manage construction.

"I love being able to make someone’s day a little easier."
What do you do at Sitewire, in your own words?
A little bit of everything! I work closely with our borrowers, lenders, and inspection team to help keep construction projects moving forward. Whether it’s helping a borrower navigate their draw submission, supporting a lender with our platform, or working through construction questions with our inspectors, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
How did you get into construction, lending, or tech?
Construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad is a general contractor, and I grew up watching him sketch out projects on paper and then bring them to life on jobsites. I was fascinated by the whole process and knew pretty early on that I wanted to be part of it. I studied architecture, interior design, and construction management in college, ultimately earning my degree in Construction Management and starting my career in commercial construction. Along the way, I also started renovating my own homes, with plenty of hands-on lessons from my dad! When the opportunity came to combine my construction background with technology and helping people build their homes, it felt like the perfect fit. Now I get to be part of a building process from a completely different angle, helping borrowers bring their projects to life while helping lenders make it all happen!
What do you enjoy most about working with our lenders and borrowers?
I love being able to make someone’s day a little easier. Construction can be complicated, and there’s something really rewarding about helping a borrower get through a draw submission or helping a lender find a better way to manage their projects. At the end of the day, we’re helping people keep their projects moving, and getting to play a small part in bringing those projects to life is pretty awesome.
What’s something you’ve worked on here that you’re proud of?
I’m really proud of the work we’ve done to continuously improve our inspection process. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our inspection partners to develop clearer guidelines, improve consistency, and tackle some pretty unique construction scenarios along the way. It’s rewarding to take what I’ve learned in the field and use it to help our team deliver better, more reliable results for our lenders and borrowers.
What are you up to when you’re not working?
Usually sipping on coffee, hanging out with my little zoo of pets, or building something! I’m currently taking on my biggest project yet: building a home and detached ADU, where I’m serving as my own general contractor and doing most of the hands-on work myself with the help of family. It’s been equal parts challenging, exhausting, and incredibly rewarding. Building my own home has been a longtime dream, and I’ve learned more about permitting and building codes than I ever imagined. Turns out I can’t get enough of construction, even in my free time!
